…the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The 1st Amendment protection of your right to Assemble means so much more than rallies and cookouts, and more than you’ve been conditioned to believe is a “Petition.”
…it is the right of the people to ALTER or to ABOLISH it…
What did our founders do BEFORE they Declared Independence?
They ASSEMBLED. They listed GRIEVANCES. They PETITIONED for REDRESS.
Our Founders told the king, “You can’t do these things [grievance]. You have to stop [redress].”
The first time, the redress they sought was simply to alter.
HOW did our founders Declare Independence?
They ASSEMBLED. They listed GRIEVANCES. They PETITIONED for REDRESS.
“… Oh, you won’t stop? Okay. You’re fired.”
This time, the redress they sought was to abolish.
What did our founders mean in our 1st Amendment? “Assemble and Petition for Redress of Grievances?”
They were literally referring to EXACTLY what they had just done.
When We the People Assemble, we can:
- Lawfully reassert ourselves as the authority over our public servants
- Restore our states to free Constitutional Republics
- Abolish any and all illegitimate agencies
- Initiate the Grand Jury to implement justice for treason, crimes against humanity, and any other crimes committed by the organized crime syndicate masquerading as our government.
FORM YOUR LOCAL ASSEMBLY
The concept of an Assembly is simple. Every single one of us can do this. At its core, it is simply a local meeting of free people, conducted in an orderly fashion. That’s it.
