A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
“Inalienable rights” are an illusion if you abandon the right and duty to defend them.
“Non-compliance” is lip service if you then submit, or abandon others to be forced into submission, to the boot upon the necks of free men the moment enforcers show up.
“Law enforcement” is valid… ONLY when applied to true crime – there must be a victim. No victim, no crime. And the state cannot play victim outside cases of murder. All other attempts at enforcement of “victimless crimes” amount to mafia extortion and criminal assault upon free people, aka, TYRANNY.
Master shames us into submission as children – don’t you dare protect yourself or anybody else from the playground bully, or you’ll be punished.
It is not honorable to film as others are victimized. It is not noble to abdicate your duty to protect yourself and others by submitting to abuse. It is not courage to proclaim, “We do not consent,” if you cower to threats and guns just because they happen to be sugar coated by badges.
Understand the truth behind our Second Amendment.
- The intent: Physically defend self and others against ANY and ALL enforcement which violates liberty. NO VICTIM, NO CRIME.
- “…well regulated” meant well armed, not confined by government rules.
- “…security of a free state” meant the condition of freedom remaining safeguarded from threat of tyranny.
- “…militia” in the words of Founding Father George Mason, “It is the whole people except for a few public officials.”
Our founders attempted to make it clear that government was not permitted to violate our liberty, and that We the People have a right AND duty to actively protect it. They wrote our founding documents out of their experience of subjugation – carried out by armed enforcers: Redcoats.
