Both of these individuals heavily base their education in truthful history and law… but their methods have proven disastrous for many. I do not advocate abandoning your citizenship or other paperwork “loopholes.” Running solves nothing. We must confront the evils we face. You cannot win the devil’s game by playing his game by his rules. Do not even sit at the table with him.
A Word About “Status Change”
It is critical to learn the TRUTH behind our enslavement. I have included these resources primarily because they examine and explain certain facts about our history and the “legal” layers which have been piled upon us to entrap, exploit, and enslave us.
The Act of 1871. Continued ties to the Crown? The truth behind the BAR Association. The system of financial extortion perpetuated by the majority of our “judicial” system. The lies of the Federal Reserve. Birth Certificates. Social Security Numbers. The Corporation. Maritime Law? The list goes on.
We MUST learn the TRUTH in order to break our chains.
There are dozens of resources available for all of these topics, individually and the broad overview.
HOWEVER – I will not pursue any sort of “status change” at this time, such as what is advocated by David Straight, Anna Von Reitz, or a few notable others. I discourage others from “changing your status,” as outlined by some resources. There are many methods out there. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Some people have had great success, while others have ended up imprisoned, and recently, even deported (not immigrants – American born individuals).
My personal opinion on the matter: If the entire system to which we have been subjected is fraudulent, and we have all been exploited and defrauded, then continuing to participate in their game, even by “using their rules against them by changing status etc,” is actually perpetuating their fraud, and only grants the premise – and when you grant the premise, you have already lost.
Pursuing a “status change” and all the associated efforts to remove oneself from their system of fraud SEEM to be a path, WHEN UTILIZED CORRECTLY AND CAUTIOUSLY, that some had pursued to operate as a holdover to alleviate some of the burden of our enslavement… TEMPORARILY. This is absolutely not the end game answer by any means, but rather a method to “free” oneself in small bits at the personal level… yet only to tide oneself over with a bit of breathing room, until we have dismantled the systems of fraud and extortion entirely. Many people who have done so have as a result removed their ability to claim any standing with our own Constitution, and as such, have removed themselves from being able to be part of the solution to restore our states to original jurisdiction.
